We are looking for an expert with significant experience in architecting integrated platforms solutions. In total you should have 8 + years of experience in IT industry along and at least 2+ year experience in IFS FSM solution configuration to join our Service operations tech platform.\nAbout the CDI Experience Organization:\nThe Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs a Senior developer you will work with the Engineering Manager, IFS FSM Development Team of the service operations technology powered by the IFS FSM and PSO components in a PaaS.\n\nConfigure & Customize IFS FSM system within the recommended best practices.\n\nMust lead all the parameter configuration topic related to PSO system.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle\n\nArchitecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities\n\nYou must work with both external and embedded databases\n\nCreating database schemas that represent and support business processes\n\nTroubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely solutions.\n\nOptimize app performance and ensure responsiveness.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\n\nAs per project requirement you must work on Modern C# and .NET\n\nReact/ React Native or similar framework\n\nAzure cloud architecture Knowledge\n\nBuilding application using modern AI Technologies\n\nAPI Integration includes handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.\n\nYou will be part of the Field Service Management team having a combined responsibility of delivering solutions for end users involved in service operations domain.\n\nYou should strive for continuous Improvements of base functionalities in FSM.\n\nYou will own the development activities and responsibility for managing technical risks\n\nYou should monitoring & executing technical spikes, PoCs and experiments.\n\nSolving technical issues occurring during the implementation and deployment phase.\n\nSupport enhancements to production systems including resolving issues related to recent releases.\n\nPartner and work collaboratively with cross-functional platform and other platform owners to ensure the overall integrity of the entire systems landscape.\n\nUnderstand industry best practice and engage with platform providers and vendors to align capabilities and influence standard product roadmaps.\n\nDemonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi-weekly basis.\n\nWho are you:\nPerson should have ability to lead Technical discussions and having Strong ability to identify and manage risks in the project.\n\nHands-on experience of all the Configuration, UI Designing Tool and Customization capabilities of IFSM FSM applications\n\nHands-on experience in FSM configuration & Customization.\n\nHands-on experience in FSM mobile application Designing, Client scripting and Customization.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming\n\nVersion Control: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.\n\nFamiliarity with issue and project tracking software such as Jira\n\nExposure to backend technologies and concepts\n\nExperience with owning and maintaining large software components\n\nExperience providing technical leadership to developers\n\nProficiency in integrating APIs into mobile applications, including handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.\n\nYou are collaborative with experience of interacting with Agile teams including product owners and design teams and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nYou have technical or team leadership experience and are comfortable working with business stakeholders\n\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines and test automation of IFS FSM modules\n\nExperience working with translating field service management and service business processes to sustainable and scalable IT solutions.\n\nExperience in sizing and understanding of the IFS hosted solutions.\n\nStrong experience with exposing native platform capabilities to external platforms and consuming external services through API, Micro-services and SDK
