The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in firmware design and implementation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the design, development, and optimization of embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.\nReview and approve firmware designs and code developed by team members.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex firmware and hardware integration issues.\nEnsure best practices in coding standards, documentation, and testing.\nGuide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical direction and support.\nParticipate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development (e.g., ARM, PIC, STM32, etc.).\nStrong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.\nExperience with hardware schematics, debugging tools, and lab equipment.\nIn-depth knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.).\nProven track record of leading firmware projects or teams.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. \nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).\nFamiliarity with wireless protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.).\nKnowledge of IoT platforms and cloud connectivity.\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nScripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and testing.\nUnderstanding of EMC/EMI compliance and safety standards.\nWhere you’ll be:\nYou will be based in our Rayong plant.\nBenefit highlights:\nAnnual leave\nEmployee Provident Fund\nMedical & Life Insurance\nFive days working\nAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
