The role focuses on identifying, investigating, and eliminating systemic quality issues affecting customers, manufacturing facilities, Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs), suppliers, and field performance.\nAs a strategic quality leader, the individual drives resolution of complex quality challenges through structured methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FRACAS, Fault Tree Analysis and statistical analysis techniques. The role leverages data and business insights to identify systemic risks, prioritize improvement opportunities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive action implementation.\nThe role partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Service, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure the business implements sustainable corrective and preventive actions.\nThis position serves as a highly influential technical leader across a matrixed organization, providing technical leadership, facilitating cross-functional alignment, promoting accountability, standardizing best practices, and supporting leadership teams in making data-driven decisions that improve reliability, customer experience, operational excellence, and business performance.\nThe individual serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement by translating quality data into actionable business strategies, driving organizational learning, and establishing consistent problem-solving disciplines across the enterprise.\nCore Areas of Accountability\nEnterprise problem-solving and root cause analysis leadership.\nIdentification and elimination of systemic quality issues impacting customers, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution, and field performance.\nData-driven analysis of quality trends, risk signals, and emerging issues.\nDevelopment and verification of corrective and preventive action effectiveness.\nTechnical leadership and influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nDeployment of enterprise quality strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.\nStandardization and governance of problem-solving methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nQuality performance reporting, risk assessment, and executive-level communication.\nCoaching and mentoring teams in structured problem-solving and quality improvement techniques.\nDriving organizational learning through lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and best practice deployment.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n4+ years of experience within quality, manufacturing, product development, supplier quality, reliability, or operational excellence environments.\nAdvanced expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FRACAS, Fault Tree Analysis, Design of Experiments, Financial and statistical analysis tools.\nStrong understanding of quality management systems, quality engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience leading complex investigations and enterprise-level quality improvement initiatives.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to drive sustainable business improvements in complex, matrixed
