Quality Excellence & Governance: Establish and deploy standardized quality frameworks, governance mechanisms, and best practices across the organization.\n建立并推动统一的质量卓越体系、治理机制及最佳实践。\n2. Supplier Quality Development: Define and execute supplier quality capability development strategies and drive continuous improvement.\n制定并推进供应商质量能力提升策略，实现持续改进。\n3. Data Science & AI Applications: Develop and implement data-driven and AI-assisted quality solutions including predictive analytics and root cause analysis.\n推动数据驱动及AI辅助质量应用，包括预测分析及智能根因分析。\n4. Process Excellence: Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost of poor quality.\n主导跨职能流程优化，提升效率并降低质量成本。\n5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality strategies with business goals.\n与跨部门团队协作，推动质量战略落地。\nQualifications / 任职要求\n- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related fields.\n- Minimum 10 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing or appliance industry.\n- Proven experience in leading quality or process management roles at manager level or above.\n- Strong experience in supplier quality management, development, and performance improvement.\n- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, digitalization, or AI-enabled quality initiatives.\n- Solid understanding of end-to-end quality processes and systems.\n- 本科及以上学历，工程、质量、工业工程或数据科学相关专业优先。\n- 10年以上外企工作经验，家电或制造业优先。\n- 曾担任质量经理或流程经理及以上岗位。\n- 具备丰富的供应商质量管理及发展经验。\n- 有数据分析、数字化或AI质量项目经验。\n- 深刻理解端到端质量管理体系。\nCore Competencies / 核心能力\n- Expertise in quality methodologies such as 8D, Lean, APQP, FMEA, SPC.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.\n- Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python etc.).\n- Understanding of AI/ML applications in quality or manufacturing environment.\n- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in matrix organizations.\n- 精通8D、精益、APQP、FMEA、SPC等质量工具。\n- 具备数据驱动的问题分析与解决能力。\n- 熟悉数据分析工具（Power BI、Tableau、Python等）。\n-
