The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in modern ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA technologies, integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.\nWhat you’ll do:\n· Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.\n· Lead technical design, development, and implementation activities for SAP projects and enhancement initiatives.\n· Develop and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, APIs, and integrations.\n· Develop solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway.\n· Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n· Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards.\n· Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives, custom code remediation, and Clean Core principles.\n· Mentor and guide development teams while serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues.\nWho are you\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n· 12-15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.\n· 5+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.\n· Advanced expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, SAP Gateway, Fiori integrations, SAP performance optimization, and transport management processes across SAP landscapes.\n· Hands-on experience supporting and delivering SAP technical solutions within SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management) domains.\n· Experience with transport management tools and change control processes, including SAP CTS/CTS+, ChaRM, Solution Manager, Rev-Trac, or equivalent transport and release management solutions.\n· Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments.\n· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nFunctional Domain Experience\nMandatory\n· SAP MM (Materials Management)\n· SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management)\nPreferred\n· SAP Ariba\n· SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)\n· SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)\n· SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)\nPreferred Qualifications:\n· Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.\n· Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility frameworks.\n· SAP ABAP on HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.\n· Experience in Agile delivery environments.\n· Prior experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead capacity.\n· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n· Ability to lead technical discussions and design workshops.\n· Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.\n· Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.\n· Effective mentoring and coaching skills.\n· Strong documentation and presentation skills.\n· Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.\nThis is a full-time position, based in Bangalore, India.\nWhy work for Electrolux?\n· Build at scale: Lead the development of mission-critical digital commerce experiences used by thousands of customers daily.\n· Own the architecture: Influence core technical decisions and help evolve our platform for high scalability, resiliency, and flexibility.\n· Modern tech stack: Work with cutting-edge tools in cloud, commerce, and full-stack engineering.\n· Empowered leadership: Drive strategy and execution while mentoring a world-class engineering team.\n· Growth and impact: Join a high-growth company with a culture that values engineering excellence, innovation, and transparent leadership.\nAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
