This role combines infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, automation, and reliability best practices to ensure optimal platform performance and resilience.\nWorking closely with IT, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams, you will drive infrastructure strategy, support high-traffic customer-facing platforms, and improve operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong cloud and DevOps expertise, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence technical decisions across a complex technology landscape.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and support highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure environments\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities\nEnable and enhance CI/CD capabilities across multiple applications and platforms\nSupport and optimize customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring reliability during peak traffic events and critical business periods\nManage content delivery networks (CDNs), DNS services, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability, implementing proactive measures to improve operational resilience\nReduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through automation, observability, incident response improvements, and root cause analysis\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical objectives\nContribute to infrastructure roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives\nMentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the organization\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered\n6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, or related disciplines\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and supporting modern software delivery practices\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience administering Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments\nHands-on experience with Akamai CDN and content delivery optimization\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and web protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and SSL/TLS\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Argo CD, or similar DevOps and deployment platforms\nExperience with observability, monitoring, and incident management practices\nSecurity-focused mindset and relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent\nBenefits include:\nFlexible work hours/hybrid work environment (80 / 20)\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance\nCompetitive holiday and vacation time off program\nRetirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.\nDiscounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service\nPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.\nFind more on:\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/ Electrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\nElectrolux Consumer Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
