This is a platform-agnostic engineering role where your core technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities will drive success more than experience with any single framework or product.\nYou will be part of a Scrum team, working closely with development leads, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality eCommerce features and services in an agile environment.\nAbout the CDI Experience Organization:\nThe Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for the eCommerce domain.\n\nWork as a key member of an agile Scrum team, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\nCollaborating closely with development leads to align on technical direction, architecture, and implementation strategies.\n\nAnalyze and solve complex problems across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and integrations.\n\nUnderstand business and technical requirements to create high-quality, maintainable deliverables.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.\n\nEnsure high standards of code quality, reliability, and system performance.\n\nSupport incident resolution and platform stability initiatives.\n\nWho are you:\n4+ years of hands-on programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Spring boot etc.\n\nProven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture.\n\nSolid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern development tools (Git, CI/CD, etc.).\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\nWorking knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.\n\nPrior experience or understanding of eCommerce systems, shopping carts, order management, product catalogs, payment integration, etc., is highly desirable.\n\nExposure to DevOps practices, automation, and monitoring tools is a plus.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team setting.\n\nWhere you'll be:\nThis is a full-time position, based in
