Systematically gather and provide timely feedback on the successes and challenges of applying the Design Identity in cost efficiency, solutions etc, contributing valuable insights to help refine and prepare for the evolution of future design strategies.\nVisual Design & Concept Communication\nEffectively define and communicate CMF concepts using appropriate tools such as mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.\nEstablish compelling CMF hierarchies by understanding their impact on brand, users, market, and culture.\nFunctional Design & Implementation\nProvide solution-oriented input to the design process and product applications based on Design Identity, technical constraints, material properties, manufacturing technologies, and supplier capabilities.\nWork closely with Product Designers, advocating for and integrating sustainability as a core design consideration.\nUI- Apply the UI and Icons from design Identity and library onto projects. Create icons if necessary.\nLeadership, Collaboration & Resource Networking\nWhile there are no direct people management responsibilities, you will guide and mentor junior designers within the team and provide technical advice or guidance to suppliers to enhance their efficiency.\nActively organize and cultivate a network of local CMF resources (e.g. material innovators, finish specialists, trend agencies).
