You will design, code, test and deliver robust software from concept through production and post launch support.\nYou turn product requirements into verified software and collaborate with cross-functional, supplier and global R&D teams. You prioritize technical delivery while balancing quality, cost and schedule.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn detail, you will:\nDesign, implement, debug and maintain embedded software throughout the product lifecycle.\nCreate traceable software requirements, architectures, interfaces and module designs.\nDevelop reliable C/C++ software for 8-bit and 32-bit MCU platforms, primarily ARM Cortex.\nDevelop drivers for sensors and peripherals using I2C, SPI and UART.\nIntegrate and debug motor, battery and control functions with cross-functional teams.\nExecute unit, integration and system tests and drive defects to closure.\nMaintain reusable frameworks and use Git, Jenkins and Jira in daily development.\nLead software DFMEA and embed applicable safety and regulatory requirements in the design.\nSupport suppliers, NPI, production and post-launch improvements with global teams\nWho you are / Your qualifications:\nHands-on and accountable - You write code, solve difficult problems and own verified delivery.\nCollaborative and proactive - You work effectively across disciplines, suppliers and international teams.\nCurious and analytical - You investigate system behavior, find root causes and improve solutions.\nQuality and result driven - You balance technical delivery, quality, cost and schedule.\nBachelor's degree or above in Embedded Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience and fluent written and spoken English.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong embedded C/C++ skills and software engineering fundamentals.\n8-bit and 32-bit MCU experience, especially ARM Cortex.\nModular software architecture, interfaces and reusable component design.\nDriver development with I2C, SPI, UART, sensors and peripherals.\nUnit, integration and system testing, test setups and failure analysis。\nGit, Jenkins, Jira, code reviews and configuration management.\nEnd-to-end requirements, design, implementation and verification traceability.\nElectronic hardware understanding and laboratory measurement skills.\nSoftware DFMEA and safety and regulatory compliance by design.\nMotor, battery or embedded control integration and debugging.\nBasic BLE and Wi-Fi knowledge; Matter experience is advantageous.\nRTOS experience is advantageous.Strong analytical, communication, presentation and independent delivery skills \nWhere you’ll be:\n\nYou will be based at the Shanghai\nAs part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
