You will deliver engaging training through classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on learning, ensuring employees gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed on the production floor.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering key training programs that support onboarding, safety, and operational excellence.\nYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nConduct new hire orientation and onboarding classes.\nOperate and maintain the Training Center to simulate real production processes and provide hands-on practice.\nDeliver required Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) training in alignment with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.\nDeliver quality training such as Standard work (JDS), defect detection, QCP, etc.\nTrain and certify new and current employees in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes, and Aerial Lift for licensing.\nMaintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.\nFollow up with new employees during their first 30 days to ensure successful transition to their roles.\nWho you are:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\n1+ years of work experience\nBilingual English and Spanish required.\nExcellent communication skills and strong comfort speaking in front of groups.\nBasic knowledge of EMS tools, and continuous improvement concepts required.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nExperience in training, coaching, or mentoring others, whether inside or outside the workplace.\nAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
