You will provide direction and leadership to all distribution functions including shipping, receiving and safety to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and delivery commitments. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring on-time fulfillment of emergency, rush, and routine customer orders while meeting inventory and service objectives. Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow and customer service outcomes.
