If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow.\nhttps://www.electroluxprofessionalgroup.com/en/join-us/\nCOMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATOR\nIn this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nAnalysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal;\nAnalysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders;\nPreparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders;\nManagement and preparation of the final tender documents;\nManagement and resolution of potential tender management issues;\nAnalysis, management of contracts;\nAnalysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer;\nTo plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes;\nTo ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification;\nTo ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency;\nTo ensure documentation update on the tender database;\nTo ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time;\nTo plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner.\nWHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE\nDegree in legal or economic discipline\nPrevious experience in tender management\nExperience in management of supplier procurement portals\nKnowledge of public procurement Italian regulation \nExperience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred\nGoodwith Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for analysis and presentation of data\nFluent Italian is mandatory, good level of English\nCustomer focus;\nPro-active approach;\nAbility to handle many contacts;\nAnalytical and structured approach;\nAbility to handle many simultaneous tasks;\nHigh ability to prioritize;\nDriver in continuous improvement;\nFacilitate cross-collaboration between different department;\nAmbitious and target oriented;\nSelf-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload;\nTeam player;\nAdaptable, able to face changes with positive attitude;\nPersuasive and influencing; capable negotiator;\nMust be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results;\nTime driven, excellent coordination and communication, reactivity;\nReady to withstand the pressure and responsibility;\nProject planning and controlling skills;\nAnalytical skills;\nAdvanced presentation skills;\nWilling to travel\nOUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS\nBe Customer Obsessed.
