In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, performance, and compliance of our professional laundry products while contributing to the continued development of our laboratory capabilities.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nThe role works within the R&D Team carrying out practical and analytical activities, specifically in testing professional laundry equipment and further develop the Laboratory and the activities to reach the scope of IEC ISO 17025.\nThis is a highly practical and technical role where your focus will be:\nConducting experiments and tests according to established procedures\nMaintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment\nEnsuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations\nDevelop the laboratory\nOther examples on your responsibilities:\nDesigning test cases (testing of washer/dryer electrical or other systems/sub-systems) in Lab view with Q-Max as user interface following relevant standards.\nWriting test manuals for developed test cases/methods.\nDesigning or customizing existing hardware components/measuring instruments with support from senior engineers.\nCalibration of instruments through internal procedures or by sending instruments to external calibration laboratories, following all documentation required and storing it into database.\nHelp senior engineers in providing documentation (drawings, wiring diagrams, component specifications) for own developed solutions.\nParticipation in projects as support in test plan creation.\nFollowing updates and interpretate relevant standards with support from technical leaders, senior engineers or product compliance.\nConducting electrical or other testing of hardware solutions and issuing of complete test reports (in English) according to relevant standards and following agreed templates.\nSupporting colleagues in testing by providing constructive feedback based on experience and competence.\nWHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE\nUniversity degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering\nFluent in spoken and written English, advantageous with Swedish language skills\n3+ years of work experience as developer or within area of automation and control systemsKnowledge in any CAD tool for design of PCB and drawing wiring\n\nKnowledge in Microsoft Office 360 Packages\nOpen-minded, honest and easy to deal with\nWilling to cooperate and learn, ready to take initiative when it is missing from others\nOutstanding interpersonal skills\n\nOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES\nBe Customer Obsessed.
