In this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe and engaging workplace.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nAs a Production Supervisor for assembly area, you will lead and coordinate the daily work of employees, ensuring production meets targets for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. You will work close to the operation, prioritizing activities based on production needs and customer demands.\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\nLead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations \nEnsure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost \nFollow up and act on daily KPI´s and drive improvements \nPrioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions \nEnsure compliance with work environment, safety, and environmental standards (incl. chemical handling) \nMaintain proper documentation and deviation management \nBuild a strong team culture through clear communication and feedback\nCollaborating to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction\nWork may include evenings and weekends according to production schedule.\nWHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE\nWe believe you are a structured and engaged leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
