We value collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning, and creating an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work.\nAs an Associate, Accounts Receivable, you will be part of the Global Finance organization and report to the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport daily Accounts Receivable activities, including cash application, account reconciliations, collections support, and customer master data maintenance.\nMaintain customer account transactions and within established service level agreements.\nInvestigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and account-related inquiries.\nPartner with internal stakeholders and external customers to address outstanding receivable issues.\nMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactions and audit requirements.\nFollow established accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.\nHelp prepare recurring reports and tracking operational performance metrics.\nSupport month-end close activities by ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement programs.\nUse finance systems and tools to support AR operations and reporting.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Accounting, or Shared Services.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nThis role provides an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in finance operations while supporting a global business and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
