Compensation\nResponsibilities:\nYou willwork with Compensation Managers and People Partners to perform analysis on compensation-related questions and support consistentapplication of compensation programs, and policies.\n\nYou willprepare compensation analysis using market data to support recommendations on pay decisions, salary ranges, geographic differentials, and compensation program changes.\n\nYou willcontribute as a project team member on compensation projects, providing data analysis, documentation, coordination, and implementation support.\n\nQualifications:\nBA/BSdegree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n3+ yearsof compensation, rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related experiencein a multinational company, technology organization, or compensation consulting environment.\n\nExperience supporting compensation programs such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, market benchmarking, & salary structures, and job evaluation.\n\nRelated analytical experience.\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
