A team where everyone makes play happen.\nReporting to the Director of Analytics, you will be the embedded analytics lead for a new EA SPORTS title in development. This is a senior role focused on building analytics from the ground up: defining success metrics, shaping telemetry, modeling game systems, and helping the team make better product decisions from early testing through launch and beyond. You will have a growth path towards analytics leadership as the title and team scale.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild the analytics foundation for a new EA SPORTS title, including measurement frameworks, telemetry requirements, metric definitions, and insight roadmaps.\n\nOwn and execute the analytics roadmap from user tests through launch and live service; translate product milestones into clear analytics and data deliverables.\n\nPartner with Product, Design, and User Research teams to conduct analysis and modeling of player behavior, progression systems, retention systems, and monetization systems.\n\nDefine telemetry, data quality, and reporting requirements; partner with Data Engineering and Data Architecture to ensure trusted, scalable data and reporting.\n\nDevelop the analytical foundations needed to support experimentation, segmentation, and personalization.\n\nElevate how insights are used across feature development, user tests, launch readiness, and live-service evolution.\n\nQualifications:\n7+ years of professional experience informing product strategy with data analysis in gaming or adjacent digital products with high independence.\n\nDegree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline).\n\nExpert-level SQL proficiency with experience extracting insights from complex datasets.\n\nExperience designing self-service dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or other similar tools.\n\nExperience using Python or similar for analysis, modeling, segmentation, or experimentation.\n\nExperience with free-to-play live service games, player retention, or economy systems.\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
