A team where everyone makes play happen.\nFinancial Analyst\nLocation: Hyderabad.\nYou will report to Manager, FP&A\nThe CFO organization comprises a broad group of finance disciplines, with the common goal of\npartnering with business teams delivering strategies and providing our players with amazing\nexperiences. Our finance teams assist the business in achieving profitable creativity by proving\nfinancial insight, reporting and guidance. We celebrate diversity and inclusion by creating a place where\nyou can come to work and be yourself.\nResponsibilities:\nForecasting, Planning, and Reporting - Assist the onshore services team in monthly /\nquarterly forecast and annual planning processes.\nEnsure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly\nBusiness Reviews, MBRs, etc.\nResponsible for discussing plan and forecast numbers, and then load in the system after\nconsulting with the business leaders.\nResponsible for reporting Actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and providing\ncommentary for major variances.\nShould be able to give heads up to the leaders with respect to any unforeseen expenses\nReview monthly financial actuals, identify accounting adjustments including amortizations\nand reclasses, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate month-end journal entries\nRisks & Opportunities.\nShould have keen eye to details especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary and\nmake recommendations to the leadership.\nWork directly with global business partners and help them with the daily finance adhocs\nCreation of new Power BI reports whenever there is a business team request for new report/\ninfo.\nRegular interaction with various business partners who are operating from different locations\nacross globe.\nHigh data accuracy & keenness on number matching is a must.\nQualifications:\nAcademic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not\nmandatory. Bachelor’s degree required - Finance / Accounting related field preferred.\n3 - 5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience\nDemonstrated passion for learning and growing.\nHighly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.\nComfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.\nExtreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy.\nExcellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise\ncommunication to all levels of the organization.\nAdept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with Anaplan and / Power Bi is a plus\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
