That's why we promote and support maintaining a healthy work-life balance.\nYou will report to the Sr. Analytics Manager, FC Mobile Data Team.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will define measurements and instrumentation/telemetry specs (events, parameters, schemas) to track in-game behavior and partner requests.\n\nYou will perform deep dives on player segments, funnels, progression, churn, and spend; translate findings into prioritized actions.\n\nYou will design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; measure impact of events, content updates, and campaigns.\n\nyou will build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and self-serve queries for daily performance facilitating decision-making.\n\nYou will apply AI/ML techniques in data & analytics (e.g., segmentation, propensity, LTV/churn models, anomaly detection, forecasting) to improve targeting and outcomes.\n\nYou will communicate insights through clear storytelling and recommendations to global partners.\n\nQualifications:\nMore than five years in analytics/data roles; advanced SQL plus Python or R.\n\nStrong foundation in statistics/experimentation and applied modeling; experience with machine learning is required.\n\nExperience with large-scale data environments (e.g., Hadoop/Spark, Redshift/BigQuery/Snowflake).\n\nBI/dashboard experience (e.g., Tableau/Looker/Power BI).\n\nStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication across regions/time zones.\n\nEnglish is required.\n\nWork Arrangement\nHybrid/Onsite with flexible work options.\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
