We are looking for pioneers who cut new paths and conquer challenges in our fast-growing future.\nRoles and responsibilities:\nYou will lead the level artist to deliver the final visual of MP maps for an EA franchise.\nWorking with the team, you will brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept and execute on the delivery. You are responsible for the making the commitment and completing the commitment.\nYou will communicate closely with project leadership and craft leadership, to make sure we are always aligned with game design of the overall product.\nYou will report to APAC studio leadership.\nDocumenting the skills required for level art experience, training and helping the level art team grow\nBring levels through every phase of development from concept to polish\nProactively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a high quality of work\nDocument level design intentions to provide a clear and accessible resource for the team\nIdentify and address potential risks, dependencies & constraints related to level design with other departments while maintaining AAA quality\nIncorporate feedback from research and playtest data to achieve an excellent multiplayer experience\nProvide and solicit feedback in a graceful, constructive manner, with suggestions and solutions for improvement to the game editor, processes and project\nQualifications\nYou shipped at least one AAA title, have 5+ years experience in level art and:\nExperience in multiplayer shooter games as a level artist and/or an avid player\nStrong layout and environment creation skills\nFamiliarity with advanced game engine\nWork with partners to implement upon a vision\nComfort and capability in creative and technical design discussions\nInterest in the environmental aesthetics\nBreak down tasks and work with production to produce estimates and priorities.\nWork well in a multidisciplinary team, spanning artists, programmers, and designers.\n\nAbout Electronic Arts\nWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
