While the Chief of Staff sets the operational direction for the function, you will operationalize that direction. You will build the systems, and operating rhythms that allow execution and measurable impact. You will report to the Chief of Staff, People Experience, and work a hybrid scheduled with 3 days a week in our Vancouver office.\nYou will be an important partner to the People Leadership Team, working with them and their Chiefs of Staff to understand their priorities and ensure an integrated plan exists across the function. You will maintain a coordinated portfolio of work, support planning cycles, and ensure leaders have the visibility and frameworks needed to make informed decisions. By serving as a connective hub across People Experience, you will ensure that we meet our goals and maintain operational discipline.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategy Execution\nSupport the processes by which People Experience sets annual priorities, critical outcomes, and success measures.\nTranslate strategic direction into a clear, integrated work plan that guides teams and aligns execution across the function.\nMaintain and review the full portfolio of People Experience work, identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and resource needs.\nIntegration & Collaboration\nServe as a critical integration point across the function identifying opportunities for collaboration and operational efficiency.\nPartner with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure communication flows are connected to and consistent with the Management Operating System (MOS).\nManagement Operating System & Governance\nMaintain governance structures and operating rhythms to support strategic execution and organisational clarity.\nMeetings, Workshop & Facilitation Leadership\nCo-Facilitate People Experience wide meetings, planning sessions, and workshops to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.\nSupport Chief of Staff to design agendas, materials, and facilitation approaches that create clarity, understanding, and action.\nAbout You\nYou are:\nEffective at shaping functional strategy and translating it into clear plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.\nExperienced in leading portfolio management and operational planning processes.\nA integrator who connects work with multiple teams and builds agreement across senior leaders.\nCan facilitate executive-level discussions and simplify complexity for decision-making.\nKnown for driving structure and clarity without slowing the business down.\nUses data, visuals, and insights to support decisions and shape compelling narratives.\nPay Transparency - North America\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).\nPAY RANGES\n* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD\nPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.\nFor Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
