Our charter is to make EA's games and services available to all players anytime and anywhere.\nWe aim to help developers experiment and build new games quickly with infrastructure services on-demand and workflows that promote rapid development in the cloud.\nAs a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale, engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.\nYou will report to the Director of Program Management.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.\n\nYou will ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.\n\nYou will maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.\n\nYou will establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure the impact.\n\nYou will manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices-including zero-downtime goals.\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in technical program management\n\nPrevious experience supporting SRE practices\n\nAgile Scrum/Kanban proficiency\n\nAdvanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms\n\nExperience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing\nNetworking\n\nCompute Services\n\nStorage & Database\n\nCore Services\n\nSecurity & Compliance\n\nDevOps & Automation: Terraform (IAC), CI/CD, AI Automation\n\nBonus:\nCertifications: CSM, ITIL, PMP, and SRE Foundation - Supplementary/Elective\n\nThis is a hybrid remote/in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.\nPay Transparency - North America\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting.
