Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. What you’ll do:

The role of MyEaton Analyst, EMEA will be responsible for supporting the onboardings of regional customers (through adoption or platform migration) to our secure Eaton.com experience. The role requires some technical skills, including Adobe Experience Manager, and a functional understanding of user access management relationships and LDAP databases.

This role will oversee the implementation of secure digital initiatives to enhance Eaton’s web experience and improve the overall digital presence of the organization. They will build strong, collaborative relationships with our Eaton.com delivery managers, regional channel teams and platform owners to ensure continuous improvement in their performance and functionality.

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of regional customers to MyEaton, ensuring a smooth transition to our secure experience. Oversee the implementation of secure digital initiatives to enhance Eaton’s web experience and improve the organization’s digital presence.
• Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Eaton.com delivery managers, regional channel teams, and platform owners. Manage communication, requirements gathering, and participation to ensure adoption success.
• Best Practices: Promote standardized and global approaches to leverage the secure platform, educating colleagues on best practices, content, and implementation strategies.
• Optimization: Enhance digital customer experiences across web platforms by focusing on continuous improvement projects. Streamline operations to increase productivity and ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
• Digital and Change Agent Mindset: Bring a strong willingness to embrace change, continuously learn new digital tools and technologies, utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, international business, or a related field
• 3-5 years in digital marketing, technical platform management or support, website project management

Skills:

• Know-how on B2B, manufacturing, digital tools and platforms, project management, marketing platforms, analytics platforms (GA4, SEMRush, etc.)
• Hands-on user knowledge of web technologies (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Eloqua preferred) and web analytics tools (GA4), user experience (UX) and digital marketing principles and personalization
• Strong communication stills, project management and planning, self-starter
• Ability to manage multiple projects (web experience and/or digital transformation) simultaneously, preferably in a regional or global context
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in a digital or technology-focused role
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
