Our Software Apps team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will play a crucial role in the software development life cycle by designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and tasks while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• Contribute to the software development efforts by designing and executing test plans
• Understand and evaluate solutions, architecture and designs to create new solutions and enhance existing solution
• Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high quality products that solve customer problems.
• Propose and provide innovative, competitive technical solutions which can make significant business impact and provide value to stakeholders.
• Provide work estimates on feature and automation code review.
• Develop and execute plans for incremental and interactive project delivery.
• Work with test team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs
• Should be ready to code, create coding standards and ensure code quality
• Awareness of cybersecurity standards and practices while solutioning is a must have
• Perform other duties as assigned."

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering /Information Technology/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required.
• Preferred - Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from an accredited institution.

Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Software/firmware quality assurance
• 2+ years of experience with Desktop test case design and desktop/windows automation testing is a must
• 4+ years of experience with C#, Java programming, Python or other scripting languages.
• 4+ years of experience in automation framework development or maintenance.
• 1+ years of experience in API testing.
• 2+ yrs of experience on SQL queries
• Proven experience to develop and design testing solutions
• Proven track record at individually developing Test automation frameworks is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in the automation testing with a proven track record of shipping high quality products.
• Expert level skills in Core Java,Python and C#
• Strong knowledege of any desktop test automation tool is a must - Playwright, UFT, WinAppDriver, FlaUI, Robot Framework, etc.
• Strong knowledege of Selenium Webdriver is must
• Experience in Windows autoamtion
• Proficient with web application testing.
• Experience in DBMS and ORM frameworks like SQL Server, PostGreSQL
• Experience utilizing best practices in software testing.
• Experties in using test managment tools and creating dashboards
• Good debugging skills.
• Good understanding of testing process and terminologies.
• Good to have experience in CI/CD Jenkins or Bamboo
• Experience in Agile
• Experience in Eclipse , Intelji, Pycharm , Visual studio
• Experiece in Performance testing using any tool eg. Gatling, JMeter etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Strong problem solving and reasoning ability, exhibiting technical innovation and creative solutions.
• Abreast of upcoming software development/engineering tools, trends, and methodologies.
• Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills.
