Senior Quality Engineer

What you’ll do:

• End to End quality management for 3 Phase UPS product line, from new product development to mass production quality control to after service support and customer issue handling. Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
• Lead APQP activities in new product development, work with cross functional team to achieve zero defect launch.
• Day to day quality control and management to improve manufacturing yield and reduce cost of non-conformance.
• Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities.
• Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team together to improve the process effiency and effectiveness.
• Champion customer issue handling, lead problem solving and corrective action to tackle customer complaint, enhance customer statisfaction and experience through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem solving and prevention.

Qualifications:

• Bachalor and above 7+ relevant experience
• Candidates with experience in HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) products are preferred
• Proficient in core quality management tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC
• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams
• Familiar with new product development processes (NPI / NPD), with a clear understanding of quality control requirements at each phase
• Ability to identify potential risks in design and manufacturing processes and drive cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
