Solution Product Manager (Data Center/UPS)

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of complex customer projects.

This is not a traditional roadmap-driven PM role. Instead, it is a project-based product owner role, where you will be responsible for customer demand clarification, solution definition, platform selection, and offer closure-directly impacting response speed and business conversion.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to move beyond coordination and take real ownership with decision-making authority.

1. Customer Demand Clarification & Solution Definition

• Identify real customer use cases in complex project environments
• Challenge unrealistic or non-essential requirements and drive demand convergence
• Translate customer needs into feasible product/system solutions

2. Solution Convergence Across Product Platforms

• Match customer requirements with internal product platforms
• Make trade-offs across cost, performance, and delivery timeline
• Integrate external suppliers when necessary to ensure solution feasibility

3. End-to-End Ownership (Demand → Solution → Offer)

• Act as a single Product Owner throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional collaboration (Sales, FAE, Engineering, Operations)
• Deliver competitive solutions and offers to support project wins

4. Project Prioritization & Resource Decision

• Evaluate business value of opportunities (size, win rate, strategic importance)
• Prioritize projects under resource constraints
• Align stakeholders to focus on high-impact opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Pre-sales, or System Engineering
• Experience in project-based or customized solutions

  Ability to define solutions under unclear or evolving requirements

  Ability to distinguish real customer needs and evaluate business value

  Complex decision-making

  Ability to converge multiple solution paths into a clear recommendation

  End-to-end ownership

• UPS / Data Center / Micro-module solutions
• Power electronics / Energy systems (e.g., ESS, system integration)
• Industrial electrical / power system solution environments
• Ability to drive full lifecycle from demand to offer
