If we’ve described you and your dream workplace, please apply and share in the many benefits and opportunities we offer.\nExecutive Administrative Assistant\nResponsibilities and Duties: \nThe Senior Executive Assistant will perform multiple functions in a highly visible position.\nProvide executive administrative support and generally accepted office support activities such as front desk telephone and visitor presence, document creation and management, coordination of position papers and memoranda and general office equipment and supply support.\nCalendar support for GS-15s and above is a key component.\nUses word processing application programs to produce reports, briefings, and graphical enhancements.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree - Preferred\nMust possess a DOD Secret Security clearance\nMinimum of Five (5) years’ relevant experience\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nPrior experience with DoD (Department of Defense) or equivalent is a must\nExperience in executive level administrative support or supporting senior management officials at the flag/General Officer/Senior Executive/GS-15 or O-6 level\nMust be a team player with a positive attitude and be flexible regarding assignments and taskings.\nMust have excellent communication skills.\nThe actual base salary offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant years and depth of experience, skills and qualifications, education, certifications, internal equity, and the specific requirements of the position.
