If we’ve described you and your dream workplace, please apply and share in the many benefits and opportunities we offer.\nPACS Lab Manager\nResponsibilities and Duties: \nFamiliar with PACS (Physical Access Control Systems) software, able to administer and maintain a PACS when deployed, and familiar with the system configuration, maintenance, and credential enrollment in a PACS environment.\nTechnical conformance testing of the Physical Access Control Systems used in the Federal space to validate FICAM compliance.\nFamiliar with the PACS such as but not limited to: Genetec, Lenel, Identiv, AMAG, Gallagher, Software House, HID Global, Access N Site, Fusion, Galaxy, Xtec, Allegion, ReconaSense, Feenics, Open Options, RS2, Avigilon, Datawatch, DAQ, Kastle, Honeywell, Veridt, Technology Industries (TI), IDFactors, IDFactors, NAPCO, IdentityOne, Advantor, etc.\nTest vendor hardware and software for the ability to properly authenticate credentials attempting to exploit known security attack vectors for the PIV credential.\nPersonal Identity Verification (PIV) and PIV-I Card Testing.\nCoordination with PACS vendors for installation and upgrades.\nCommunication with the stakeholders at the bi-annual vendor forum meetings.\nExperience with the software side of Access Control systems.\nUnderstanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other authenticator categories.\nFamiliarity with Windows products and tools (Word, Excel, Microsoft Certificate Store, etc.) and Google Workspace (Google docs, Google sheets, etc.).\nAbility to track and record very detailed information.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 12 years' experience in ICAM or related fields (e.g., cybersecurity, IT compliance).\nTen years of progressive experience in the field of information security.\nAt least ten years of experience in providing technical leadership on information security projects.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred. Four years of additional experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.\nIn-depth knowledge of FIPS 201, HSPD-12, and relevant NIST publications.\nExpertise in test design and execution for government systems.\nProficiency with testing tools such as CCT, CPCT, and SP 800-85B.\nUnderstanding of PIV credential security and PKI infrastructure.\nExcellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability.\nUnited States Citizen.\nCSEIP (Certified System Engineer - ICAM PACS (Identity, Credential, and Access Management / Physical Access Control Systems) certification within 6 months of start date.\nThe actual base salary offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant years and depth of experience, skills and qualifications, education, certifications, internal equity, and the specific requirements of the position.
