If you're coming from digital marketing or a similar field, this is a great entry point to grow into a strategic business development role.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do:\nSearch for and attract new partners, conduct introduction calls, identify collaboration opportunities, and launch new partnerships.\n\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and joint initiatives.\n\nManage the partnership lifecycle: prioritize opportunities, coordinate follow-ups, tracking next steps, and drive partnerships from first contact to active collaboration.\n\nUse AI tools daily to speed up research, outreach, communication, and reporting.\n\nCoordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners, ensuring smooth communication and visibility into pipeline progress.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Account, and Design teams to turn partnership opportunities into measurable business results.\n\nManage partnership data and documentation in the CRM, keeping records accurate and processes organized.\n\nAnalyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose initiatives to scale the partner channel.\n\nRepresent Eleken at industry events and continuously expand the company's professional network.\n\nWhat we expect:\nExperience in a communication-focused role (e.g., Account Manager, Project Manager, Community Manager, HR, Sales, Customer Support) - no prior experience as a Partnership Manager required, we're ready to train the right person.\n\nExperience managing multiple relationships simultaneously (around 30+ clients, partners, or companies).\n\nAn AI-driven approach to work - you actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily tasks to work faster and smarter.\n\nUnderstanding of the IT industry, digital products, digital marketing basics, and B2B communication.\n\nWillingness to learn cold outreach and partner acquisition.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfort working with CRM, documentation, and multiple parallel tasks.\n\nStrong communication skills, a proactive mindset, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and make data-driven decisions.\n\nNice to have:\nAn established professional network within the IT, SaaS, marketing/digital, or agency industry.\n\nWhat we offer:\nAn opportunity to directly influence the development of Eleken’s partnership channel;\n\nA strong team that values ownership, responsibility, and initiative;\n\nTransparent compensation system: fixed salary + performance-based bonuses;\n\nRegular feedback and opportunities for professional growth;\n\nFlexible schedule and remote work;\n\nPaid vacation and sick leaves;\n\nCo-working space compensation;\n\nFinance Support (we take care of accounting for you).\n\nHiring process:\nInterview with Talent Acquisition Specialist\nTest task\nTechnical interview\nOffer\nIf you’re excited about building partnerships that create real business value - we’d love to meet you\nWould you like to learn more about our company or view our work?
