Our goal is to ensure that each designer joins a project where their skills, interests, and experience can have the greatest impact.\nRequirements\nWhat we expect from your skills & knowledge:\nExperience designing SaaS products (web and mobile applications) with understanding of business context - you know why the product exists and who it serves\n\nProduct thinking mindset - you can connect design decisions to user needs and business goals, participate in discovery, and contribute beyond the screen\n\nStrong command of design principles, typography, composition, and interaction patterns - and the ability to frame a problem before jumping to solutions\n\nExperience building and working within design systems\n\nConfident in Figma as your primary tool and use AI as part of how you design - for research, synthesis, and prototyping\n\nDirect experience communicating with English-speaking clients (founders, PMs, technical stakeholders) - Clear written and spoken English | B2+\n\nYou can present and explain your design decisions, give and take feedback constructively, and ask the right questions early at kickoff to keep the work aligned\n\nAbility to independently drive the design process, proactively identify risks, and make informed design decisions.\n\nSoft skills - Emotional intelligence, self-direction, and a sense of humor\n\nWill be a plus\nFamiliarity with front-end concepts / design frameworks\n\nMain tasks:\nOwn product design end-to-end for your clients -
