If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to bring your expertise and energy to our team.\nWhat You’ll Do At Elekta:\nAs a Contract Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and managing customer agreements across our products, maintenance and support services. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Order Fulfilment and Legal Affairs, you’ll help structure and negotiate contracts, manage commercial requirements and ensure agreements are accurate, compliant and set up for success.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare, review and manage customer purchase, maintenance and support agreements.\nPartner with Sales and Service teams to develop commercial proposals and contract solutions.\nNegotiate and manage variations to pricing, contractual terms and agreement structures.\nDraft contract amendments and coordinate internal approvals for deviations from standard terms.\nCreate and process orders relating to maintenance and support services.\nManage accurate contract and customer information across CLM, ERP and other business systems.\nReview customer and site-specific requirements to ensure contractual obligations are captured accurately.\nMaintain contract records and monitor key performance measures, including turnaround times.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nA degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing or Management, or equivalent relevant experience.\nAt least 5 years’ relevant professional experience, including experience supporting tenders.\nStrong commercial judgement, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nA customer-focused and detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills and confidence working across different teams.\nWhat You’ll Get:\n In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
