For more information, visit elekta.com.\nContract Manager\nLocation: Atlanta, Georgia\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid working model with a minimum of four days per week in the office and one day per week remote.\nWhat You'll Do at Elekta\nAs a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Elekta's commercial operations by managing and administering customer support, maintenance, and product-related agreements. Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Legal Affairs, Order Fulfillment, and other key stakeholders, you will help ensure contracts are structured appropriately, comply with company policies, and support business objectives.\nYou will serve as a trusted partner to internal teams, providing guidance on contract terms, proposal structures, and commercial processes while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare, review, process, and administer customer support, maintenance, and product agreements within the assigned territory.\nEnsure contracts and contractual documentation comply with Elekta policies, procedures, and applicable business requirements.\nCollaborate with Sales and Service teams to develop contract proposals and commercial alternatives using CLM and quotation systems.\nBuild a working knowledge of Elekta products, technologies, and service offerings to support commercial discussions and contract development.\nCreate and maintain accurate customer records, contract files, and supporting documentation.\nEstablish and maintain contract information within CLM, ERP, and other business systems.\nEvaluate contract requests and identify potential risks, obligations, contingencies, and site-specific requirements.\nNegotiate routine contract variations or escalate requests regarding pricing, terms, or non-standard provisions when appropriate.\nDraft amendment documentation and coordinate required approvals for changes to standard agreements.\nSupport customer order processing activities and gather required information for management review and approval.\nMaintain assigned key performance indicators, including contract turnaround time and service level expectations.\nPartner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Service, and Order Fulfillment teams to resolve contractual and operational issues.\nMonitor monthly, quarterly, and annual order objectives and support commercial activities required to achieve business goals.\nIncorporate Elekta's values into all responsibilities and interactions.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
