For more information, visit elekta.com.\nIntern, OTC Service Operations\nWhat You’ll Do At Elekta\nAs part of the Order to Cash (OTC) function within Elekta Business Services, you will support daily OTC Service Operations activities, including contract administration, customer data maintenance and invoicing processes.\nYou will perform data validation, data quality checks and operational reporting, while supporting month-end activities, process documentation and knowledge management. You will also contribute to process improvement, automation and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nSupport end-to-end invoicing activities, including service contracts, maintenance, projects, training, spare parts, credit notes and billing adjustments.\nPerform data validation and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of customer, contract and billing information.\nSupport contract administration and master data maintenance.\nAssist with operational reporting and month-end activities.\nParticipate in process improvement, automation and documentation initiatives.\nCollaborate with Finance, Service Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.\nProcess invoices and maintain contract, customer and billing data within assigned responsibilities.\nIdentify and escalate operational, billing and data quality issues.\nRecommend process improvements and efficiencies.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nOngoing or completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.\nBasic understanding of business processes and financial operations.\nPrevious internship or administrative experience is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nCustomer focus and accountability.\nContinuous improvement mindset, collaboration and teamwork.\nLearning agility, adaptability, time management and organizational skills.\nWhat You’ll Get\nContract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)\nOpportunity to gain experience in an international environment\nFlexible working hours\nApplication process\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
