Working closely with software engineers, testers, Product Owners, and architects, you'll drive modern test automation practices, champion a shift-left quality culture, and help ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards expected in a safety-critical medical device environment.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and evolution of automated test frameworks for complex, safety-critical software.\nDefine and implement test automation strategies that support high-quality software delivery.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency, reliability, and release confidence.\nAct as the technical authority for test architecture, tooling, and quality engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and architects to build scalable and testable solutions.\nMentor and support SDETs, test engineers, and other team members, fostering a quality-first mindset.\nDrive continuous improvement through the adoption of new testing technologies, tools, and practices.\nSupport the investigation and resolution of complex software quality issues and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nSignificant experience as a Software Developer in Test, SDET, or Test Automation Engineer, with expertise in designing and owning automation frameworks.\nStrong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and implementing modern DevSecOps practices.\nProven ability to define and drive quality engineering strategies within a regulated or safety-critical environment.\nHands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation technologies.\nStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence teams and promote a shift-left testing culture.\nExperience troubleshooting complex software quality challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software.\nWhat You’ll Get:\n In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
