For more information, visit elekta.com.\nProduct Owner, Treatment Planning Systems (TPS)\nWhat You’ll Do At Elekta\nAs Product Owner for Treatment Planning Systems (TPS), you will own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with Elekta’s vision, values and product roadmap. Working closely with Product Management, Development, Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Quality and clinical stakeholders, you will translate customer and clinical needs into clear requirements for Elekta’s treatment planning software and guide development teams through implementation. You will also drive feedback from clinical partners and customers, turning insights from real-world use into product improvements across the product life cycle.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and manage the product backlog for the assigned product, ensuring customer and other requirements are planned, designed, implemented and delivered as specified.\nPartner with Product Management and other Product Owners to understand user needs and formulate customer requirements.\nCollaborate with Development Teams, Architects and Engineering to create requirements.\nWork with UX to design user interfaces in line with Elekta design guidelines.\nCollaborate with Regulatory, Legal and Quality Assurance to incorporate regulatory and quality requirements and provide the input needed throughout development.\nDrive exploratory testing in clinically relevant environments and scenarios to ensure the product solves the right problems.\nAnalyze, prioritize and incorporate customer and clinical feedback into ongoing development to support high product quality.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in medical Radiation Physics, Medical Physics or an equivalent field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in radiotherapy and clinical workflows, gained in a clinical, research or industry setting.\nStrong knowledge of clinical workflows and radiotherapy treatment planning, such as contouring, dose calculation, plan optimization and evaluation.\nExperience with regulated medical device software, including quality, risk management, verification and validation.\nKnowledge of requirements engineering, from user needs through to system requirements, with the ability to write clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.\nAbility to manage and prioritize a product backlog, and to make sound product and design decisions with development teams.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Verification teams, influencing stakeholders without formal line authority.\nExperience engaging clinical users and translating their feedback into meaningful product improvements.\nFluent English and strong communication skills.\nHands-on experience using treatment planning systems is preferred.\nClinical judgment, customer focus, quality ownership and adaptability in an evolving agile environment.\nWhat You’ll Get\nComprehensive occupational healthcare and insurance\nAccident insurance during work and free-time\nLunch benefit\nAnnual sport and culture benefit\nMobile phone benefit\nFlexible working hours to support work-life balance\nProfessional development and learning opportunities\n2 additional company-paid days off during the year\nModern office in central Helsinki with excellent transport connections\nAn international and collaborative working environment\nWe believe that great ideas are built together.
