For more information, visit elekta.com.\nWhat You’ll Do At Elekta\nAs a Release Project Manager, you will play a key role within the Product Management organization, coordinating and communicating release-related deliveries across a complex, cross-functional environment.\nYou will work closely with Product Management, R&D, and other key stakeholders to ensure that release activities are clearly defined, aligned, and executed effectively. By maintaining visibility across dependencies and delivery progress, you will support informed decision-making and help ensure successful portfolio-level outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and communicate a release roadmap, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.\n\nCoordinate delivery expectations across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment on commitments.\n\nTrack and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, escalating risks or issues when needed.\n\nFacilitate alignment between Product Management, R&D leadership, and other stakeholders on priorities and delivery plans.\n\nProvide clear and consistent communication on release status, risks, mitigation options, and key decisions.\n\nPrepare structured updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.\n\nEnsure alignment between engineering execution, commercial readiness, customer commitments, and overall product strategy.\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of release project plans, including milestones and timelines.\n\nContribute to planning and follow-up activities to ensure progress toward agreed delivery objectives.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nYou have experience in project management or cross-functional coordination within complex R&D environments.\n\nYou have experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices is preferred).\n\nYou have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.\n\nYou communicate clearly and can present complex information in a structured and accessible way.\n\nYou have the ability to drive alignment and support decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.\n\nYou have an understanding of product development lifecycles, including design control and release processes.\n\nYou are structured, pragmatic, and able to balance multiple priorities.\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n30 days of annual leave.\n\n4 additional Elekta days off, in addition to public holidays.\n\nDefined contribution pension scheme.\n\nPrivate medical insurance.\n\nLunch benefit.\n\nWellness allowance.\n\nA collaborative office environment with four days per week on site, working alongside talented colleagues in a supportive and engaging workplace.\n\nApplication Process\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
