Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams, you will lead large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams and programmes, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with strategic business objectives. You will help drive continuous improvement, remove delivery barriers, and foster collaboration across a highly technical and innovative environment.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the planning and delivery of complex product releases and programmes across multiple Agile teams.\nPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery objectives.\nDrive Program Increment (PI) Planning and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.\nManage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource demands to ensure successful product delivery.\nCoach and support teams in Agile ways of working, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.\nProvide clear reporting on delivery progress, opportunities, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with Elekta's product lifecycle processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor delivery performance, budgets, and key metrics to drive successful outcomes across the portfolio.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nSignificant experience leading complex software, hardware, or product development programmes within an Agile environment.\nStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies, with experience facilitating large-scale planning events.\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities within a complex technical environment.\nExperience delivering products within regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated sectors.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.\nRelevant Agile, Project Management, or SAFe certifications and a degree in a related discipline are advantageous.\nWhat You’ll Get:\n In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
