If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to bring your expertise and energy to our team.\nWhat You’ll Do At Elekta:\nAsaSpecialistTechnicalTrainer, youwillplayakeyroleindevelopinganddeliveringworld-classtechnicaltrainingprogrammesthatenableElektacolleaguesandcustomersaroundtheworldtoeffectivelysupportandmaintainouradvancedradiotherapytechnology.\nWorking closely with Product Development, Global Service, and regional training teams, you will help shape the future of technical education by designing innovative learning solutions, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring consistent training standards acrossourglobalorganisation.Thisroleofferstheopportunitytoinfluencehowtechnicalknowledgeissharedworldwideanddirectlysupportsourmissionofimprovingcancercareforpatientseverywhere.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deliver technical training programmes supporting Elekta's current and future product portfolio.\n\nDeliver engaging classroom and hands-on technical training to internal and external learners, including practical and theoretical assessments.\n\nCollaborate with Product Development, Global Service, regional support teams, and field engineers to identify and address evolving training needs.\n\nDevelop training strategies and learning pathways for new product introductions and engineering updates.\n\nCreate, maintain, and continuously improve technical training materials, documentation, and learning resources.\n\nQualify, support, and audit regional technical trainers to ensure consistent training quality and standards globally.\n\nConduct training needs analyses and provide recommendations to support workforce capability development.\n\nDeliver training locally and internationally, including travel of up to 10% globally to support business and customer needs\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nHigher education qualification in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\n\nStrong engineering knowledge covering areas such as electrical, electronic, mechanical, vacuum, radiation, and fault-finding principles.\n\nExperience supporting, installing, or maintaining complex radiotherapy or medical technology systems, with particular interest in candidates who have worked with Elekta Unity hardware, MR-Linac technology, or have a strong field service engineering background within advanced healthcare equipment environments.\n\nBroad technical field service expertise with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support sophisticated hardware systems.\n\nExperience designing and delivering technical training programmes, including assessment and competency evaluation.\n\nExcellent presentation, coaching, and knowledge-transfer skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across different cultures and regions.\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\nIn this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
