In this role, you will transform billing data into actionable insights that improve billing accuracy, client experience, operational efficiency, and proactive issue management. You will develop and use dashboards, reports, queries, and trend analysis to identify billing variances, recurring client issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will partner with Billing Client Experience Partners, Billing Operations, Finance, IT/Data teams, external operations partners, Client Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn data into recommendations, support proactive client communication, and improve the overall billing experience.
