Any candidate must be lawfully eligible to work in the US as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States.\nResponsibilities\nSupervision, conducting and reporting of failure analysis\nOperate metallurgical equipment including SEM/EDS\nProject management of client communication, quotations, follow up, reporting, and invoicing\nPresentation of technical work in different platforms, both written and oral in a confident manner\nExhibit pragmatic and innovative with respect to both conduct of the investigation and providing solutions for the client\nReview technical documents and to construct a suitable scope of work\nEstimate the work effort required and to help in the commercial breakdown of the work\nSupervise routine metallographic examinations and review / compose standard reporting comments\nSkills / Qualifications\nExperience and recognized qualification in Metallurgy\nExperience in conducting and reporting of root cause failure analysis\nExperience in working with SEM / EDS (Scanning Electron Microscopy / Energy Dispersive analysis)\nExperience working in an ISI 17025 laboratory environment\nProven supervisory skills\nStrong communication / presentation skills\nThe ability to assess and respond to client requirements in an appropriate manner\nAbility to operate and function within a team, drawing on other expertise where required\nFlexibility and adaptability to different workloads and roles within the company\nCompany Overview\nElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
