If you enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and ensuring things are done the right way, we'd love to hear from you.\nCompensation: $33.00-$36.00 per hour\nResponsibilities\nAs our Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the laboratory's quality management system. Working closely with site leadership and technical teams, you'll:\nManage daily quality assurance and quality system activities\nSupport and maintain compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards\nCoordinate internal and external audits\nAssist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)\nMonitor quality metrics, documentation, and records\nHelp drive continuous improvement initiatives across the laboratory\nCollaborate with technical, operational, and management teams to ensure quality requirements are met\nServe as a trusted resource for quality-related questions and processes\nOver time, you'll have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of the site's quality system and become the primary quality point of contact.\nSkills / Qualifications\nExperience working within a quality-focused environment\nKnowledge of ISO 17025 and/or ISO 9001 standards\nExperience supporting audits, documentation, or quality systems\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nExcellent communication and follow-up abilities\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nIdeal background:\nApproximately 3+ years of quality-related experience\nAerospace, manufacturing, laboratory, engineering, or technical industry experience is a plus\nCandidates with broader quality backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if they have not worked directly with ISO 17025\nCompany Overview\nElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
