The lab offers EMI, environmental, mechanical, and dynamics testing under one roof. Element helps customers streamline qualification programs, reduce testing schedules, and simplify project coordination.\nResponsibilities\nSet up and perform a variety of Vibration Tests according to customer specifications and requirements\nAssist and learn all aspects of work in the dynamics department\nAssist with planning and execution of projects \nAssist with report preparation\nAssistance with maintenance and calibration of dynamics department equipment\nAssistance with Health and Safety and Quality standards within an accredited 17025 quality management systems\nSkills / Qualifications\nTechnical Degree (2-year or 4-year) or equivalent experience\nMinimum 2 years relevant experience\nAbility to transfer technical knowledge/requirements to successfully meet customer specifications\nPhysical fitness and ability to withstand the challenging working conditions presented by the climbing of stacks and handling heavy industrial equipment\nStrong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under challenging conditions\nSelf-motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills\nWillingness to embrace new skills and apply them in a practical context\nCompany Overview\nElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
