We are empowered to make decisions and achieve our goals.\nLearners before Masters\nWe are curious and humble people who strive to constantly improve.\nTogether not Alone\nWe rally behind each other and pitch in to support the greater whole.\nCustomer Success not Support\nWe solve partner goals and prioritize their success.\nYou are:\nA team player with 4+ years working in accounting and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.\n\nWorking knowledge of tax laws, GAAP, deferred revenue and SaaS metrics.\n\nStrong financial analysis skills including a solid understanding of cash management, forecasting and reconciliations.\n\nProficient in Maxio, QuickBooks, Excel, Bill or similar tool, Avalara and Google Sheets.\n\nWhat you’ll do in this role:\nProcess month-end journal entries and complete reconciliations; generate and validate financial reports.\n\nManage revenue and contract systems including new customer contract entry, renewals and client upsells. Generate revenue schedule and invoice schedule. Primary contact for new client setup which includes purchase orders and sales tax certificates. Generate recurring revenue metrics and work with the CS team to assist in customer correspondence.\n\nCoordinate with CPA firm for year-end tax preparation for company; post year-end journal entries.\n\nAssist in all annual reporting including 409A, state registrations and registered agents.\n\nAssist in business insurance policy renewals and premiums; maintain certificates of insurance.\n\nOrganize and process financial transactions by keying data, sorting documents, and processing digital and cash transactions.\n\nUpdate department budgets and partner with managers to set up annual budgets and provide quarterly reviews.\n\nReport and submit sales and use tax to state agencies; manage tracking systems and certificates of exemption.\n\nResponsible for new vendor setup; accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections.
