You’ll take ownership of critical cloud systems, guide architectural decisions, and work closely with R&D to make delivery safer, faster, and more reliable.\nYou’ll build and evolve our multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, and observability capabilities. Elementor’s products at global scale, improving its security, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.\nLead the design and implementation of cloud architectures across GCP and AWS.\nBuild and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms, including GKE and EKS, and improve their reliability and operational efficiency.\nSet technical direction for CI/CD and infrastructure as code, enabling teams to deliver changes safely and consistently.\nPartner with R&D teams to improve developer experience through automation, internal platforms, and AI-enabled engineering tools.\nStrengthen observability and incident readiness through effective monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.\nIdentify systemic risks and bottlenecks, lead improvements, and share expertise across the engineering organization.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, including ownership of production systems.\n3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.\nStrong experience with at least one major cloud provider-GCP or AWS-and the ability to design and operate cloud infrastructure.\nA track record of building and operating reliable, highly available services.\nHands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.\nStrong infrastructure-as-code experience, ideally with Terraform.\nA systems mindset: you can weigh trade-offs, diagnose complex issues, and turn recurring operational problems into lasting improvements.\nClear communication skills and experience working across engineering teams.\nIt’s a plus if you have\nExperience supporting 24/7 services, incident response, or on-call operations.\nExperience developing Kubernetes operators or controllers.\nFamiliarity with AI agents and applying AI to engineering workflows.\nExperience operating MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis in production.\nExperience improving infrastructure cost, capacity planning, and
