Elements Massage is looking for a Wellness Sales Manager to lead membership growth and strengthen sales performance across our Boise and Meridian studios.\nSales are the foundation of our business, and this role is responsible for driving that success. You will work alongside studio management to improve membership conversion, develop team sales skills, track performance, and ensure our studios consistently meet their goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive Sales Performance: Lead membership sales initiatives, and implement strategies to increase revenue and membership growth.\nCoach & Develop the Team: Train and mentor our Wellness Membership Advisors (WMAs) to improve sales techniques, build confidence, overcome objections, and increase individual performance.\nCreate Accountability: Set clear expectations, follow up on individual and studio goals, identify performance gaps, and coach team members toward measurable improvement.\nSupport Studio Operations: Assist with onboarding, monthly sales meetings, scheduling coverage, service standards, and communication with management regarding staff performance or recurring concerns.\nAnalyze & Report Results: Review sales trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with management on strategies to improve performance across both studios.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nHas proven sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.\nHas experience coaching, training, or holding a team accountable to performance goals.\nIs confident having direct conversations about sales results and individual improvement.\nIs goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.\nCommunicates effectively and balances strong sales expectations with excellent customer service.\nIs proficient with computer systems; Mindbody experience is a plus.\nIs willing to split time between our Boise and Meridian studios.\nPosition Details & Benefits\nPay: $17-$19 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000+ earning potential\nHours: 30-35 per week\nSchedule: Open availability, including evenings and weekends\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n401k with up to 3% employer match\nVacation and sick pay\nOne complimentary massage, stretch or facial each month at either each studio\nOpportunities for growth within the company\nContact Michelle at (208) 421-2466 or  to learn more or schedule an interview.\nThis person also must be willing to split time between our two studios in Meridian and Boise. \nLegal Disclaimer\n©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
