This individual will also work closely with the other members of the Columbus management team to ensure a superb customer experience and cultivate a cohesive team environment. This position requires successful multi-tasking in a busy environment.\nA successful candidate will have:\nSales Management experience, preferably in a massage studio, or salon/spa environment.\nAbility to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling of services.\nTrack record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.\nPrevious experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred. Must have a team-oriented philosophy and leadership style.\nBasic familiarity with business financials, cash reconciliation and performance reporting\nStrong analytical ability and aptitude for learning.\nComfort level with basic software packages.\nTransportation throughout the Columbus and Dayton area to attend meetings, events, and expos as needed.
