the Role :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP QM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong ABAP debugging expertise to support SAP Quality Management processes along with Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales & Distribution (SD).\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong combination of SAP QM functional knowledge and technical ABAP capabilities, with hands-on experience in configuration, debugging, enhancements, integrations, implementation projects, and production support.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSAP Functional Responsibilities :\n\n- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP QM, with exposure to PM and SD processes.\n\n- Configure and support SAP QM processes based on business requirements.\n\n- Support SAP PM and SD processes and their integration with QM and other SAP modules.\n\n- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for SAP process improvements.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in solution development.\n\n- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT in coordination with business users.\n\n- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\n\n- Prepare process documentation and provide end-user support and training.\n\nTechnical / ABAP Responsibilities :\n\n- Perform ABAP debugging to identify and resolve issues in SAP standard and custom programs.\n\n- Analyze and troubleshoot ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.\n\n- Work with User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, and debugging tools.\n\n- Understand ABAP code and collaborate with ABAP developers for technical fixes and enhancements.\n\n- Support interfaces and integrations between SAP QM, PM, SD, and other SAP modules.\n\n- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, enhancements, and technical improvements.\n\n- Analyze technical issues and translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.\n\n- Mandatory hands-on experience in ABAP debugging.\n\n- Experience in SAP functional configuration and business process understanding.\n\n- Exposure to SAP PM and SD.\n\n- Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.\n\n- Experience in SAP production support and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP integration and cross-module business processes.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.\n\nExperience :\n\n- 9+ years of overall SAP experience.\n\n- Minimum 23 SAP implementation / rollout projects.\n\n- Demonstrated experience working across both functional SAP configuration and technical ABAP/debugging activities.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer
