strategic technology initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise Strategy & Program Leadership\nLead and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.\n\nPartner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, program objectives, success measures, and implementation strategies.\n\nEstablish program structures, governance frameworks, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.\n\nDrive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, operational objectives, and technology requirements.\n\nFacilitate executive steering committees, strategic planning sessions, status reviews, and decision-making forums.\n\nEnsure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise goals, technology roadmaps, and organizational modernization priorities.\n\nMaintain transparency regarding program progress, key decisions, risks, and business outcomes.\n\nProduct Management & Business Analysis\nGather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements across multiple departments.\n\nTranslate enterprise strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, delivery plans, workflows, and requirements.\n\nDevelop business cases, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), capability maps, and initiative roadmaps.\n\nSupport product discovery, prioritization, solution planning, and cross-functional requirements alignment.\n\nDefine functional requirements, system dependencies, integration needs, and operational considerations.\n\nPartner with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions, implementation approaches, and tradeoffs.\n\nEnsure proposed solutions address business objectives, user needs, and enterprise technology requirements.\n\nEnterprise Architecture & Solution Planning\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Security teams to evaluate enterprise solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain visibility into enterprise application landscapes, business capabilities, and system dependencies.\n\nDocument current-state and future-state technology environments.\n\nSupport evaluation of integration approaches, platform capabilities, and architectural tradeoffs.\n\nIdentify dependencies between enterprise systems, business processes, and strategic initiatives.\n\nTranslate complex architecture concepts into clear documentation and visualizations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n\nEnsure solution planning considers scalability,
