Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.\nWhat Is This Opportunity?\nWe're seeking a Creative Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the development and execution of high-quality design assets across the company, including one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, videos, web pages and ad creative. Reporting to the Head of Content & Brand, this role will help shape our visual brand, run a creative production process that scales with the business, and produce engaging, impactful work. \nThis is also an AI-native role. You will build and operate agentic workflows that automate repeatable production tasks, accelerate template and asset creation, and streamline creative reviews, using Claude and complementary AI tools as core parts of your daily operating system.\nWho You Are\nYou're a creative leader who has helped evolve and steward a visual brand, not just executed within guidelines someone else built. You have 6+ years of experience and expertise across creative production, brand systems and design fundamentals. You have a strong point of view about what good creative looks like and can defend it with reasoning, but you're just as comfortable adjusting course based on cross-functional feedback. You've built or overhauled a creative workflow before and can talk specifically about what changed as a result.\nYou're ideally experienced in healthcare and technology, and eager to bring your creative expertise to a mission-driven organization.\nHow Will You Contribute?\nAs a Creative Manager at Eleos Health, you will:\nLead end-to-end design of marketing and brand assets: one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, case studies, videos, ad creative, decks, web pages, tradeshow and event creative, and others \nTranslate strategic briefs and raw content (research, product updates, customer stories) into compelling visual deliverables\nOwn the day-to-day management of Eleos’ visual brand- guidelines, templates, and design system - ensuring consistency across every touchpoint, and help drive thoughtful evolution as the brand and business grow\nDesign and improve the creative request and production process, including intake, prioritization, briefing, review and delivery, so work moves faster without sacrificing quality\nManage freelance and agency partners, and AI-assisted production, matching the right resource to the right project\nBuild and operate agentic workflows using Claude and complementary AI tools to accelerate and standardize templates, asset variations, and repeatable production tasks\nTrack project status and workload across the creative pipeline, flagging bottlenecks and resourcing gaps before they become fire drills\nPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and other teams to understand their creative needs\nPresent creative work with a clear point of view, while staying genuinely open to feedback and iteration\nAct as the point of escalation when creative work strays off-brand, with the judgment to know when to hold the line and when to bend it\nStay up to date on design trends, video, web and ad creative best practices, and AI creative tooling capabilities\nWhat Qualifications and Skills Will Help You Succeed?\n6+ years of experience in a creative production, brand, or design leadership role, with hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment preferred \nA strong portfolio showing range across formats: print/digital collateral, long-form content (white papers, ebooks), video, and digital ad creative\nDemonstrated experience helping to evolve a visual brand system\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously\nSharp visual judgment paired with the communication skills to explain your reasoning to non-designers and influence cross-functional stakeholders\nComfort managing multiple concurrent projects, freelancers/vendors, and shifting priorities without losing quality control\nProficiency with modern design and video production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Wordpress and other CMS systems) \nProficiency in AI, including experience using AI tools for creative production and workflow automation. Experience building agents is a major plus.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about the mission of improving community-based care\nExperience navigating and working one-on-one with C-suite and executives. \nComfortable with ambiguity and working in fast paced environments with competing priorities.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.\nThis Role Offers:\nA team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen\nThe base pay range for this position is $110,000-130,000 per year.
