Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.\nWe are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (f/m/d) to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nProcess and maintain order confirmations, including checking them against purchase orders for prices, quantities, delivery dates and terms, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers\n\nTrack delivery dates, follow up consistently with suppliers in case of delays, and inform the relevant departments of schedule changes in a timely manner\n\nCreate and maintain items in the ERP system, including item master data, manufacturer part numbers, prices, lead times and purchasing information\n\nMaintain supplier data, including master data, contact details, terms and conditions, certificates and supplier evaluations\n\nEnsure high data quality through regular data reviews and cleansing, including the identification and resolution of duplicate records\n\nSupport operational purchasing processes, from purchase requisitions through to invoice verification\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of master data standards and purchasing processes within the ERP system\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills:\nCompleted commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, or an equivalent qualification\n\nProfessional experience in purchasing, order processing or master data management, ideally in a technology-driven environment\n\nProficiency in ERP systems, ideally Odoo, as well as good Excel skills\n\nFluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken\n\nBasic technical understanding to accurately enter items and specifications\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a structured and independent approach to work\n\nStrong communication skills and persistence when following up with suppliers on delivery dates\n\nA collaborative mindset, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing company\n\nWhat you can expect from eleQtron:\nCompetitive salary: We value our team members and therefore provide remunerations that reflect this, additionally rewarding achievements.\n\nFlexible working hours: We offer personal freedom through a variety of flexible work schedules.\n\nTeam spirit: In our international and diverse team, and with our regular team events, having fun at work is simply part of the game.\n\nFurther development: We want to grow together and so we offer our team members’ needs-based, individualized further training as well as plenty of room for personal development.\n\nWellness Package: We offer health-promoting benefits such as fitness programs like UrbanSportsClub to support your well-being.\n\nMoving Benefits: A warm welcome!
